Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP is seeking an Office Services Specialist to support our team in Lexington, Kentucky. We are seeking an Office Services Specialist to join our team in our Lexington, Kentucky office.
Working within the Bricker Graydon Wyatt Office Services Team, this position provides critical advanced-level support to the attorneys and staff in the Firm by performing various office services tasks. These tasks include a mix of one or more of the following areas of responsibility: mail processing, delivery and shipping services, production, copy, scanning/imaging services, supply management, hospitality and conference room set up, stocking services and reception.
Performance of responsibilities may require communication with partners, attorneys, clients, staff, vendors and others, and therefore, incumbents must possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills and exceptional problem-solving skills, knowledge of court systems and proper handling of legal documents, and the ability to work with individuals at all levels.
In the absence of one or more Office Services Specialists, this position may also assist with some of the more basic office services functions. This position reports directly to the Office Services Manager.
