Qualifications

- Coordinate Priority Mailings and maintain inventory of supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of all mail, packages, and office supplies daily.
- Ensure all packages and accountable mail is tracked and signed for.
- Ensure effective, timely and communicated sweeps including a posted "Last Run of the Day" sweep.
- Ensure all mail and packages - via USPS, UPS (World Ship shipments, UPS online Campus Ship Shipments), are properly prepared and posted.
- Ensure all International shipments are properly packaged and shipped to include commercial invoice.
- Notify client contact when postage meter needs to be refilled and ensure meter is updated.
- Coordinate any Priority Mailings - sort & prepare materials for mailing or shipping via USPS, UPS, etc.
- Maintain inventory of all necessary supplies.
- Man customer service window for employee personal shipments and maintain logs.
- Maintain all required logs for site operation.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 2-5 years Mail services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.
- 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
