Lexington Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in a courteous manner. You will assist with procedures, administer injections, perform phlebotomy, handle patient calls, stock exam rooms, and coordinate supplies.

Under physician orders, you will precertify medical services, coordinate scheduling, triage phone calls, and support patient care across all duties listed. A current licensure as a South Carolina RN and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic first aid knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care to patients.
• Assist physicians with procedures and orders.
• Handle telephone triage, calls, and patient communications.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and admissions.
• Maintain medical records and stock exam rooms.
