Lexington Health, Inc. Gilbert, SC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care. You will assist physicians with procedures, administer injections, perform phlebotomy, handle patient calls, and help maintain clean, stocked exam rooms.

This full-time Day Shift (M-F; 7:30am–5:00pm) role requires South Carolina RN licensure and CPR certification. Minimum education: high school diploma; no prior experience required. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is offered.

Job Summary

Position is responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a professional and courteous manner. Carries out Physician orders including but not limited to assisting with procedures, administering injections, performing phlebotomy, taking patient calls, cleaning and stocking exam rooms, calling in prescriptions, coordinating supply levels, pre-certifying patients medical services, and assisting the physician with all other patient care as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum Years of Experience: None
• Substitutable Education & Experience: None
• Required Certifications/Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina; Current CPR certification.
• Required Training: Basic first aid knowledge
