Job summary

State Farm Agent Shayne Sasseen in Wenatchee, WA seeks an outgoing, career‑oriented professional to build customer relationships and promote auto, home and life insurance.

As an Agent Team Member, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products while maintaining a strong work ethic and goal‑driven mindset. Office open 8:30 to 5:00, located in Wenatchee.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and listening.
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; license requirements must be obtainable.
