State Farm Rain Guo Agency in Flushing, NY is hiring an Office Representative to join our agent team. This role combines customer service with sales responsibilities and long-term career growth.

You will use a needs-based process to help clients with insurance needs, maintain relationships, and work toward weekly and monthly goals. Bilingual Chinese is preferred; a Property & Casualty license must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to assist client's insurance needs;
• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service and utilize it as a basis for establishing and maintaining good relationship between customer s and the Agency;
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Chinese ( Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred
• Property & Casualty license ( must be able to obtain)
• People-oriented, Positive personality;
• Detail oriented;
• Goal-oriented & self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills in written, listening and speaking
• Insurance Sales experience is a plus
