Pipe View is seeking a Project Assistant to support Leadership in day-to-day operations, ensuring safe and successful projects in a fully in-office setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, coordination, and strong communication.
You will handle project paperwork, GIS data entry, map creation, and coordination with teams and clients, while maintaining organization and attention to detail to meet project deadlines.
The Project Assistant assists the Leadership in the day to day operations to ensure safe and successful projects.

$50,100 Annually
This is a fully in-office position. The role involves working at a desk for extended periods, managing project documentation, coordinating with team members, and using computer-based tools (including GIS and spreadsheets). Daily interaction with internal teams is expected.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and must work approximately 45 hours each week. Extended hours may be required based on the business need.
Technology Skills – Data entry into applications, Microsoft and apple operating systems, etc.
Communication Skills – Creating professional emails, conference calls, field meetings, etc.
Organizational Skills – Execute assigned schedule of tasks and take notes of daily tasks.
High School diploma. Associates degree preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office suite required; experience with GIS, Google Maps preferred.
Strong organizational skills required.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes is required.
Demonstrated team building skills required.
Extremely detail-oriented with superior communication skills is required.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
