By ensuring client records are accurate, complete, secure, and accessible, you’ll help give our clinical teams the information they need to provide coordinated, person-centered care.As an Office Professional with Medical Records, you’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and exceptional service. You’ll support the day-to-day management of client health information, including maintaining and reviewing records, processing requests for information, supporting documentation needs, and ensuring information is handled appropriately and in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Your attention to detail will make a difference. You’ll work closely with clinical and administrative teams, helping ensure records are organized, documentation is complete, and information is available when it is needed.
