Job summary

Cimarron Software Services, Inc. is seeking an Office Operations Intern to support daily operations and deliver excellent experiences for customers and staff. This part-time internship may not exceed 20 hours per week and offers morning or afternoon shifts.

Two positions exist, onsite at 100% capacity, with strong emphasis on organization, security compliance, and front-office processes. The role requires high school education or GED, U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to facility security requirements.
• Must possess a valid Real ID-compliant ID at time of hire.
• Must be detail oriented and well organized.
• Willing to work either a morning or afternoon shift.

Position Introduction/Key Duties

Cimarron is seeking an individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who can serve as our Office Operations Intern. This role is integral to the daily operation of the business and to the experience we provide our customers and employees.

This is a part-time internship position, not to exceed 20 hours per week.

Two positions are available. One intern will support the morning shift and one will support the afternoon shift. Shift assignment will be determined at the time of hire.

Key Duties:

• Executive calendar management and coordination.
• Front-office operations.
• Manager visitor reception and access control.
• Ensures guests are welcomed and processed in accordance with our security policies and procedures.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
• This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.
