Estimated Base Range: $20 - $40/hour. Internship runs early June–late July 2028, full-time (32-40 hours/week), with a Pencils Down Week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree; sophomore by start of internship.
• Majors include Accounting, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Junior level or equivalent by the start of the internship.
• Experience with project research, presentations and/or developing financial data models.

What You'll Do

Our comprehensive internship will provide you with all the tools and training you need to launch your career. There’s no coffee grabbing or mindlessly making photocopies here! You’ll get hands‑on client experience, gain technical knowledge, and learn all about our ‘Great People First’ culture while building lasting relationships with your peers and firm leaders – all invested in YOU.

Day In The Life

• Transformational Operating: Help clients drive operational transformation by developing and implementing modernization and process improvement initiatives. You'll analyze data to uncover trends and insights, conduct industry research, participate in client interviews, develop compelling client deliverables, and present findings and recommendations to team members. Throughout the experience, you'll gain hands‑on exposure in a collaborative, supportive environment designed to help you learn, grow, and succeed
• Build Relationships: Connect with highly collaborative peers, mentors, and engagement teams via client work, firm events, and internship program experiences
• Grow Your Skills: Receive ongoing feedback to help you sharpen your technical skills and develop as a professional
• Get Involved: Jump into firm-wide initiatives like business development, recruitment, DEI efforts, and community service – choose what inspires you most!

Internship Commitments

• Internship Length: Early June – late July 2028
• Internship Schedule: Summer 2028: Full‑time (32-40 hours/week) opportunities available
• Pencils Down Week: One week off for all employees to recharge (subject to change; unpaid for interns).

• Degree: Pursuing Bachelor’s; must be sophomore level or equivalent by the start of the internship
• Major: Accounting, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Management, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or related field

• Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
