Job summary

You will run day-to-day office operations across London and New York, coordinate travel, route and resolve inbound messages, and ensure priorities are clearly communicated between leadership and the delivery teams.

About the role

This role absorbs the operational load from Build's leadership. You job is to intercept everything that lands on an executive's plate (logistics, coordination, or the operational machinery underneath) and consumes time.
