Build is seeking a Growth Lead to accelerate revenue with data-driven experiments and outbound programs. You will own discovery, build scalable growth systems, and partner across product, marketing, and sales to remove growth constraints.

About the role

This role exists to remove constraints on Build’s growth and to manufacture upside where it should not reasonably exist. You provide judgment, problem solving, and commercial aggression. The role is obsessed with top line outcomes and treats anything slowing growth or creating asymmetric opportunity as a problem to be engineered away. This role carries direct accountability for growth rate and revenue acceleration.You are accountable for identifying, prioritising, and eliminating the biggest impediments to Build’s growth while engineering disproportionate top line results from finite effort.You can expect to:

• Build outbound systems that find and qualify the right people before they find us
• Own how Build is discovered - search, content, LLM answers, programmatic surfaces
• Design and run growth experiments: form the hypothesis, build it, read the data, kill it or scale it
• Create a system around company communications that compounds - case studies, thought leadership, technical posts, things that travel
• Invent distribution plays that other companies have not tried yet - referral loops, physical stunts, partnerships, events
• Build and manage the tools that make inbound work without constant human input
• Stand up the analytics that make growth legible and hold the team to what they show
• Work directly with the founding team on what to try next and why
