Job summary

BUILD is accelerating institutional development with AI. This role owns the modular operations that power Build's workflows, improves underperforming components, and maintains a growing capability library.

You will work with domain experts to define what 'correct' means and build the evaluation harness to prove improvements. You will also reduce the need for human review without compromising standards, owning quality end-to-end from prompt to delivered artifact, in a fast-paced, high-autonomy

About the role

Build's outputs are only as good as the operations that produce them. Every deliverable we ship is composed from modular operations and capabilities, and the quality of those modules is the quality of the company.

This role owns them: building new operations, improving the ones that underperform, and maintaining the library that everything else composes from. The bar is not 'plausible' or 'mostly right'.

You are accountable for a senior professional at a Tier 1 institution acting on Build's output without question.

You can expect to:
