Stone Creek Charter School seeks an Office Manager with Health Assistant duties to support operations across the campus. This role reports to the Campus Principal and works with the Director of Operations and Head of School to uphold the school’s values and policies.
The position includes managing front office functions, health room coverage, budget oversight, record maintenance, and coordination of substitutes.

The Office Manager provides day-to-day office management, oversight and administration of the school in support of the vision, mission and policies established by the Board. The Office Manager also has Health Assistant duties delegated and overseen by the school nurse. The Office Manager reports to the Campus Principal, the Director of Operations and the Head of School.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor Degree
Experience in Human Resources/Business Management preferred
Demonstrates good judgment, approachable and professional, self motivated

Calm, collaborative manner, and adept conflict resolution with strong interpersonal skills
Effective communicator, both in writing and speaking
Ability to infuse pride in organizational values and mission
Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to speak effectively before groups of staff, students, Board of Directors, Administrators and parents. Bilingual English and Spanish are strongly preferred.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
