Job summary

Reading Hospital seeks an organized Radiology Office Manager to oversee daily office operations within the Radiology department, reporting to the Director of Radiology.

You will manage finance, policies/procedures, accounts payable, and monthly reports while supporting Radiology Managers and the Radiology Professional Corporation. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

A Bachelor’s degree and radiology experience preferred; generous benefits and tuition assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or combination of relevant education & experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
• Prior Radiology Experience Preferred
• Radiology Billing/Coding Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee radiology office operations including finance, policies/procedures, billing accounts payable and monthly operational reports.
• Support the Radiology Managers and the Radiology Professional Corporation.
• Coordinate projects and operations within the radiology office.
