Oasis Eating Recovery is seeking a front desk and clinical support staff to provide essential reception and clerical services in a patient-focused setting.
You will handle scheduling, patient records, billing support, and coordination with care teams to ensure smooth operations and confidentiality. Prior experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a plus.
Description
Provide care, treatment and support to patients and assist in providing an environment of healing. Front and back office responsibilities including: front desk support, answering phones, and billing & clerical support. Provide care, treatment and support to patients including taking vitals, administering medications, listen to patients and document on patients medical and emotional status. Ensure the environment is safe and patients feel secure.

1. EDUCATION: High School Diploma, or GED.
2. SKILLS: All Receptionist I & II skills, plus demonstrated ability to oversee front office staff, manage administrative and budget functions, process purchase orders, and support HR onboarding.
3. OTHER EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED: 2 years of internal experience and 1 year of external experience, or 3 years of external experience and 6 months of internal experience. Bilingual in Spanish and experience working in a healthcare facility, mental/behavioral health, or treatment facility setting highly preferred.
