Job summary

Staff Zone is hiring an Office Manager to support branch operations in Knoxville. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm with a rotating Saturday schedule, and includes a $40,000 base salary plus a 35% monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Proven autonomous work ethic with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with dispatching duties in the morning.
• Manage credit and collections.
• Produce and mail invoices.
• Promote safety in the workplace.
• Recruiting and processing applications.
• Possible weekend rotation and some holidays.
• Process credit applications for new clients.
• Ensure workforce is paid correctly and efficiently; assist with payroll.
