Job summary

CertaPro Painters of Maine is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the Production Team, the Sales Team and the Owner with administrative, bookkeeping and data management tasks.

You will help drive efficiency, manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll-related activities, and maintain performance metrics while representing the CertaPro brand and delivering extraordinary experiences to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent with five years in production management.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication with painters and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills for complex schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer management skills.
• Self-directed while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping of income and expenses.
• Provide financial data within five business days of month end.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
• Job costing, close outs, and weekly performance metrics reports.
