Ergotronix in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Office Manager to serve as the organizational heartbeat of the business, supporting customer service, accounting, shipping, purchasing, and day-to-day operations. No two days are exactly alike and you’ll help teammates succeed while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• Relevant experience in office management, bookkeeping, customer support, or similar role.
• Experience with Sage 50 Quantum preferred, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering accurate and timely work.
• Experience improving processes in a small business environment is a plus.
• High initiative and a willingness to solve problems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.
• Ability to work on-site in Sarasota, Florida, five days per week.
