A leading firm in financial services is seeking an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in their Midtown East, NYC office. This detail-oriented individual will ensure that all business processes are organized and controlled, while also supporting the executive team. Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong collaboration and organizational skills. The firm offers a supportive environment and competitive salary based on experience.
The role reports directly to the CFO/COO and is responsible for all aspects of running the office and assisting the team. We are a driven, focused, highly collaborative and team-oriented firm that strives for best-in-class business practices across the organization. The Office Manager should be highly service-oriented with a focus on ensuring all business processes are tightly controlled and well-organized. This hands-on and detail-oriented individual will be the go-to person for the team.
Salary range commensurate with experience: $110-150k base + discretionary bonus, fully paid healthcare benefits, 401k match, free lunch, and flexible PTO policy.
Location: Onsite 5 days/week in Midtown East, NYC.
Hours: Flexible, around 8 am - 6 pm, with options from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
