JOANNE DAUPHIN - State Farm Agent in Florida is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join their winning team. This role focuses on value-based conversations, exceptional customer experience, and growth opportunities.

You will support daily office operations, assist customers with insurance options, and help develop leads while advancing marketing efforts. You will work toward licensing requirements for Property & Casualty and Life/Health as you grow within the agency, with a base salary plus

Formación

• Sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Assist agent with marketing goals and outreach.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services.
