Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead administrative operations, including accounting processes, AR, PO creation, and weekly/month-end close, while ensuring excellent customer service and retention.

Under General Manager supervision, you will supervise office staff, schedule field workers, dispatch and route sales leads, and ensure SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of accounting experience and one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer required.
• Proven written and verbal communication, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment both as a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and directs the Admin Department operations.
• Oversees A/R, PO processing, and SOX compliance.
• Supervises office staff and coordinates scheduling and dispatching of field employees.
• Ensures excellent customer service levels and retention.
• Reviews timesheets and supports payroll/document collection processes.
