Job Title: Office Manager (ABA Experience Preferred)
Location: Ontario, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (Preferred)
Pay: $19-$23 per hour

We are seeking a highly professional and organized Office Manager to support our ABA practice operations. This role is vital to our team's success and requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and familiar with the nuances of ABA therapy. The ideal candidate will also be cross-trained as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and comfortable working in a clinical setting.
Manage daily office operations (phones, scheduling, documentation)
Support clinical staff by coordinating schedules, materials, and communication
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Collaborate closely with BCBAs and know when to escalate clinical or behavioral issues
Maintain compliance with clinic protocols, privacy standards, and safety procedures
Assist with interviewing, onboarding, CPR/crisis certification tracking, and practice management
Provide RBT support as needed (if certified or in training)
Previous administrative or office management experience (ABA or healthcare preferred)
Strong professionalism, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a busy environment
Willingness to become CPR and crisis certified through our organization
Must be willing to pursue or already hold an RBT certification
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus)
Experience working in ABA or with special needs populations
Experience with Google Suite
RBT certified or willingness to pursue certification
