The Department of Justice seeks an Office Manager (GS-0301-13) to supervise staff, serve as principal advisor on administrative management, and ensure records management in line with DOJ requirements.
The role coordinates ODAG's budget, personnel, procurement and facilities management, supports security clearance processes, and manages mail and docketing. A Top Secret SCI clearance is required and a USA Hire assessment will be administered.

To qualify for the position of Office Manager, at GS-0301-13, you must meet the qualification requirements listed below.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Advising on administrative management procedures (i.e., Human Resources, Budget, Security, and/or Procurement); 2) Evaluating administrative activities to ensure compliance with policies and/or procedures; and 3) Drafting administrative standard operating procedures and/or policies.
