New York Oncology Hematology is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead operations across its sites in the Capital Region. The role directs front office, coordinates surgical procedures, ensures compliance, and partners with physicians, staff, and leadership to drive financial profitability and growth.

Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000
Manages practice activities and assigned operational area, including overseeing and coordinating all Front Office functions. Serves as a liaison between practice manager, physicians, patients, and staff at home site and other New York Oncology Hematology sites. Assists with the development of practice objectives to ensure financial profitability through short and long range planning in order to achieve and maintain growth. Continually evaluates practice strategies and plans to meet changing national, state, and local needs, in conjunction with executive leadership team as needed. Supports and adheres to the New York Oncology Hematology's Core Values, Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in healthcare management or related business field. Minimum three years' experience in healthcare management, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
