Starting Pay:$18–$20/hour + Bonuses + Additional On-Call Pay
Schedule:Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

Attend job fairs and community events
Build relationships with local schools and organizations
Guide new hires through paperwork
Lead orientation and training
Make sure all hiring requirements are completed
Check in with new caregivers during their first month
Answer questions and provide encouragement
Help solve problems and celebrate successes
Build strong relationships that make caregivers want to stay
Visit caregivers in clients' homes to offer support
Help coach caregivers when needed
Work closely with our scheduling and office team
Help create a positive and fun workplace
Take one scheduled on-call week each month
Help caregivers and clients with after-hours questions
Additional pay is provided for on-call responsibilities
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly and enjoys working with people
Organized and dependable
Comfortable talking with people and solving problems
Able to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance. This position requires regular travel throughout Oconee and Pickens counties to conduct caregiver introductions, provide in-field support, complete quality assurance visits, and meet with clients and caregivers.
Experience in recruiting, HR, healthcare, customer service, or office administration is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person!
Monday-Friday schedule
Nights and weekends off (except your scheduled on-call week)
