Job description

Essential Functions:
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  • Purchase and distribute supplies such as stationery, cleaning products, and food.
  • Maintain cleanliness in entrances and kitchens.
  • Provide clerical and basic tech support for the office, visitors, and occasionally other facilities.
  • Prepare conference rooms and assist with meetings and events.
  • Support HR and managers in onboarding new employees.
  • Serve as a Washington State Notary for the legal team.
  • Assist the Staff Travel team with help desk travel tickets.
  • Post mail and ship packages for Alaska facilities.
  • Act as the primary contact for facilities-related needs, liaising with building management, janitorial staff, security, and contractors.
  • Report unresolved issues to the supervisor and manage time-off requests and timecard approvals.
  • Assist the supervisor with additional projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Experience Required:
  • 1-2 years of administrative, hospitality, or relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Position Details:

Work Shift: OT 40 hours

Pay Range: $25.00 - $33.71 per hour
