The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask. Prior automotive or office shop experience is a plus but not required; all skills can be learned on the job. Growth potential exists within the company.

We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager to be the central point of contact for our repair shop and salvage yard operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can confidently interact with customers, parts suppliers, and individuals coming in from the salvage yard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and yard personnel
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Write up and manage repair orders and service paperwork
• Coordinate communication with parts suppliers
• Assist with parts and service advertising
• Help manage and update the company Facebook page
• Support daily office operations and help keep the business running smoothly
