Job Summary

As an Office Manager, your focus will be to lead, train, and support the sales and service team in the office. You and your team will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, as well as assist the sales force with marketing calls. This position oversees all aspects of daily office operations, including invoicing, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining all internal office equipment and supplies. You will support your field specialists by tracking and reporting on performance, and assist the HR team with employee paperwork during employment.

Position: Office Manager
Location: Lubbock, TX
Salary: $55,000 Per Year

Typical Day:

Lead, train, and support the sales and service team; respond to client inquiries; assist with marketing calls; oversee office operations; support field specialists; assist HR with employee paperwork.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Desire to grow personally, your team, and the business
  • 2-5 years managing an office and staff
  • Experience with a sales team helpful but not required
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Efficient, effective, and self-supervised work style
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Leadership attitude focused on continuous improvement
  • Authorized to work legally in the U.S.
