Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an experienced Office Manager for the Loveland, Ohio facility to join our HR team and support senior leaders. You will manage complex calendars, travel, and priorities, while overseeing daily office operations, vendor relationships, and event logistics.

The role emphasizes employee engagement, onboarding, and internal communications, collaborating with HR to reinforce culture and mission.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting multiple executives or in a high-growth org.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Passion for building a positive workplace culture.
  • U.S. government security clearance eligibility required; U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the on-site senior leadership team, managing complex calendars, travel, and priorities.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, food and beverage programs, room scheduling, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, board reviews, offsites, and cross-functional leadership sessions.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritizing demands, managing shifting priorities, and exercising sound judgment and confidentiality.
  • Support the planning and logistics of company-wide events, celebrations, recognition moments, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement opportunities.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and act as a visible point of contact for questions related to engagement and office experience.
  • Draft internal communications and content that reinforce transparency, recognition, and cultural alignment.
  • Assist HR with special projects, surveys, feedback loops, and communication initiatives.
  • Manage incoming communications and mail distribution.
  • Interact professionally and effectively with clients, staff, and vendors in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR to support employee engagement programs, including recognition events, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Serve on the engagement team, supporting our culture and mission while fostering an environment where employees can thrive.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused professional to join our HR team as an Office Manager.

This role sits within the HR function but is uniquely positioned to drive employee engagement initiatives while also providing high-level executive administrative support to key members of our Senior Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is exceptionally detail-oriented, and brings a high level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative. This role is critical in creating a seamless experience for both employees and executives while reinforcing our culture and mission.

What You’ll Do...
