Office Manager
Pay Range: $25-32/hr
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Position Type: Temporary-to-Permanent Hire

How you’ll spend your time as an Office Manager:
  • Manage office communication.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with CEO, President, Secretary, and Managers.
  • Supervise accounting, including coordinating with outside CPA, overseeing semi-monthly payroll, reviewing financial statements, and preparing annual budgets with President and managers.
  • Maintain corporate insurance coverage, including casualty, liability, life and health.
  • Files Workers Comp claims as needed, maintains files, and adheres to requirements.
  • Maintain the building, including notifying HOA of any maintenance issues or cleaning issues and reviewing annual agreement.
  • Assists with maintenance of corporate files, records and documents.
  • Prepare corporate resolution when needed.
  • Register/title new company vehicles.
Skills & experience we’d like you to have as an Office Manager:
  • 5+ years of office management experience.
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in data entry and use of accounting software.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
