Job description

Office Manager
$65,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | In-Office | Monday-Friday
We're Growing Fast. Grow With Us.

HydroHelp911 is a foundation and crawlspace company growing more than 50% per year.

And we're not slowing down.

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager with call center leadership experience who loves developing people, improving processes, solving problems, and helping a growing company level up.

This is not a traditional administrative Office Manager position.

You'll lead our customer care and administrative team, manage performance, improve processes, and help build the structure we need as the company continues to grow.

If you're the kind of person who is always looking to level up yourself, your team, and the company around you, we want to meet you.

What You'll Own
Lead Our Customer Care Team

Our customer care team is often the first interaction a homeowner has with HydroHelp911. You'll be responsible for making sure that experience is exceptional while helping the team perform at a high level.

You'll:

  • Lead, coach, and develop our customer care and administrative team
  • Set clear expectations and create accountability
  • Monitor call volume, booking rates, conversion rates, and other KPIs
  • Coach team members to improve individual and team performance
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and coverage
  • Improve call handling and the overall customer experience
  • Help build a stronger customer care operation as we grow
Build Better Systems & Processes

Growth creates complexity. Part of your job is helping us stay ahead of it.

You'll:

  • Identify bottlenecks and solve problems
  • Develop and improve SOPs and office processes
  • Create structure and consistency across the administrative team
  • Oversee phones, appointment booking, and front-office operations
  • Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and permit processes
  • Ensure leads, appointments, and customer information are properly tracked
  • Maintain accurate information within our CRM
  • Help integrate new people, systems, and processes as the company expands
Keep the Office Running

You'll oversee the important administrative functions that keep the business moving, including:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Invoicing, collections, and payment tracking
  • Employee records and HR administration
  • Office expenses and supplies
  • Customer communication and reviews
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintaining organized financial and administrative records

You don't need to personally do everything.

But you do need to take ownership and make sure things get done correctly and consistently.

Who We're Looking For

Call center management or high-volume customer service leadership experience is required.

You'll likely be a great fit if you:

  • Have successfully led a call center or customer service team
  • Love developing people and helping them improve
  • Are comfortable managing through KPIs and data
  • Set clear expectations and hold people accountable
  • Naturally create structure when things feel messy
  • Stay calm when priorities change
  • See problems and take initiative to solve them
  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Have experience creating processes and SOPs
  • Are comfortable with CRM systems, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other business software
  • Enjoy working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company
  • Are always looking for ways to level up yourself and the people around you

Experience in home services, construction, HR administration, or bookkeeping would be an asset.

A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

We care much more about your leadership experience, your ability to develop people, and your track record of getting results.

Why HydroHelp911?
We're Growing

HydroHelp911 has been serving homeowners since 2010, and today we're growing more than 50% per year.

We're building the team, systems, and infrastructure required for the next stage of the company.

That creates opportunity for people who want to grow with us.

You'll Have Real Ownership

We don't want someone who simply follows existing processes.

We want someone who looks at how things are working and asks:

How can we make this better?

Then helps make it happen.

You'll Develop People

You'll have the opportunity to coach and develop a team, improve performance, and help people grow into bigger responsibilities as the company grows.

You'll Help Build What's Next

We're continuing to expand, with additional growth and acquisitions ahead.

You'll have a meaningful role in helping us build the structure and consistency required to successfully scale the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000 annual salary + bonus opportunities

Plus:

  • 401(k) match
  • Competitive health insurance plans
  • 5 days PTO in years 1-2
  • 10 days PTO in years 3-4
  • 15 days PTO in year 5 and beyond
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Fully in-office position
  • Opportunity to grow as the company grows
This Might Be For You If...

You don't need everything to be perfectly organized before you can succeed.

In fact, you enjoy being the person who helps create the organization.

You can walk into a busy office, understand what's happening, identify what needs attention, and get people moving in the right direction.

You love improving systems.

You love developing people.

You love seeing the numbers improve.

And you're always looking for the next opportunity to level up.

If you're looking for a comfortable job where everything is already figured out, this probably isn't the right opportunity.

But if you want to join a company growing more than 50% per year and help build the team and systems required for where we're going next, we'd love to hear from you.
