New York Oncology Hematology seeks a Practice Administrator to oversee front-office operations across Capital Region sites and drive financial profitability.
You will coordinate calendars, staffing, reporting, and accreditation adherence while partnering with leadership to align operations with patient care goals.
Required: Bachelor’s in healthcare management and at least three years of healthcare management experience, including two years supervising staff.

Manages practice activities and assigned operational area, including overseeing and coordinating all Front Office functions. Serves as a liaison between practice manager, physicians, patients, and staff at home site and other New York Oncology Hematology sites. Assists with the development of practice objectives to ensure financial profitability through short and long range planning in order to achieve and maintain growth. Continually evaluates practice strategies and plans to meet changing national, state, and local needs, in conjunction with executive leadership team as needed. Supports and adheres to the New York Oncology Hematology’s Core Values, Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in healthcare management or related business field. Minimum three years’ experience in healthcare management, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
