Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of Cedar’s Arlington office, ensuring the workplace is organized, professional, functional, and appropriately supported.
  • Manage relationships with building management, facilities providers, and office vendors, coordinating services, maintenance, repairs, and workplace needs.
  • Oversee office purchasing, supplies, services, and related expenses within budgets and approval guidelines.
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, catering, employee events, leadership visits, and other office activities.
  • Partner with HR and IT to support onboarding, workspace readiness, and employee workplace needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office operations and employee experience and recommend practical solutions.
