We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to manage our Alpharetta, GA office and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, time management, and communications skills. This is an in-person role.

Responsibilities
  • Assists with overseeing clerical tasks such as work processing, scheduling, report preparation, and other services.
  • Supervises and monitors the performance of one direct report.
  • Manages the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office buildings and equipment.
  • Develops processes and procedures that ensure the efficient and cost-effective running of the office.
  • Plans and coordinates office meetings, and superintendent/PM events, including meeting rooms or facilities, meals, and any other reservations as required.
  • Orders and delivers new hire swag packages of office and field.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
  • Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
  • Performs work under minimal supervision.
  • Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Skilled in time management with the ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Must be a team player and able to interact with all levels of staff
  • Strong MS Office skills, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Teams
  • Constructions/Engineering experience preferred
  • 5-10 years office management experience
Additional Information

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
