Join to apply for the Office Manager role at KELLER.

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to manage our Alpharetta, GA office and perform a variety of administrative tasks. This is an in-person role. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee clerical tasks such as work processing, scheduling, report preparation, and other services.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of one direct report.
  • Manage the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of office buildings and equipment.
  • Develop processes and procedures for efficient and cost-effective office operations.
  • Coordinate office meetings and events, including logistics and reservations.
  • Order and deliver new hire swag packages for office and field staff.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
  • Ability to perform complex tasks following established processes.
  • Work under minimal supervision.
  • Handle complex issues and refer only the most complex to higher-level staff.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Team player capable of interacting with all staff levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Teams.
  • Construction/Engineering experience preferred.
  • 5-10 years of office management experience.
Additional Information

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year. Actual salary based on experience, skills, and location.
