• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone.
• Lead Pinnacle Team to be the best financial services firm and best place to work in the Southeast.
• Achieve growth, income and profitability goals for the office.
• Manage client relationships and refer to other specialty areas as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and firm standards.
