Pinnacle is seeking an Office Leader to manage the office operations, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team. You will nurture client relationships, aggressively pursue new business, and ensure service standards are met across the office and with firm-wide objectives.

The role requires a strong background in financial services, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and client services.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage compliance with federal and state banking regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, analytics, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and by phone.
• Lead and develop the Pinnacle Team to achieve growth and profitability.
• Maintain client relationships and develop new business via aggressive prospecting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management within the office.
• Meet KPIs: retention, surveys, audits, and work environment targets.
• Coordinate with other leaders to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
