NFI Industries is seeking an Office Lead to coordinate and supervise daily office activities in our New Jersey location. The role involves payroll-related reporting, HR data handling, and processing vendor invoices with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of office experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. The position may require extended hours and weekend coverage as needed, with a base hourly rate offered.
The Office Lead participates in coordinating and supervising all office activities on a daily basis. Under general supervision, performs a variety of difficult, responsible and specialized administrative and office support functions; creates and maintains specialized reports, records and files required in connection with department work processes.
We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $24.00HOUR OR $X/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay. This position may also be eligible for an additional $X/HOUR based on shift work.
