Job summary

CultureSpace is seeking a full-time Installer in Austin, TX to join our office furniture installation team. You will lead on-site installations, load and unload furniture, and assemble and service brands while coordinating with building managers to ensure all site requirements are met.

We value strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision on small to medium projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture assembly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize resources and establish priorities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Proficient with Windows-based PCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage small to medium-scale projects with minimal supervision.
• Lead sub-contractors and coordinate installation activities.
• Perform site walkthroughs and provide guidance on installation.
• Load, unload and transport office furniture safely.
• Assemble, disassemble, deliver and service furniture across brands.
• Ensure site cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with building managers to meet installation requirements.
• Operate lifts and other platforms as needed.
• Complete installation labor billing and submittals.
• Report issues to Project Managers promptly.
• Attend out-of-town installations with travel as required.
• Maintain safety and code compliance throughout operations.
