Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Office Engineer to join our Federal Solutions team in a role that blends engineering leadership with project coordination. You will integrate scope, budgets, scheduling, procurement, construction, and startup activities for a medium-size project, while ensuring technical excellence and adherence to contract obligations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field).
• 10+ years related field engineering experience or broad general engineering background and previous project engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Integrates engineering, scope, budget, scheduling, procurement, construction, and startup aspects of a medium-size project.
• Manage subtask of a larger project per contractual obligations.
• Ensure technical excellence of engineering functions including coordination of disciplines and procurement.
• Develops scope, schedules and budgets; monitors progress to meet schedule and budget; documents changes.
• Determines procurement scope, schedules and budgets; interfaces with procurement and vendors; participates in bid analysis.
• Reviews work for codes, standards and quality; monitors productivity and proficiency of technical staff.
• Provides training and development opportunities for assigned personnel.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary personnel and internal staff assignments.
• Assists the Project Manager in planning, directing, and controlling execution of technical, fiscal, and admin functions.
• Monitors client criteria and scope across engineering disciplines; expedites action items.
• Prepares technical reports, manuals, and project documentation for client and management.
• Obtains, analyzes, and circulates technical and contractual information; reviews and approves change orders.
