Job summary

Luster National is seeking Office Engineers of varying skill levels to support large heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit, airports, and water/wastewater projects. You will help manage documentation, tracking submittals and RFIs, and coordinate with contractors and design teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture.
• 5+ years’ experience in office engineering or document control on large heavy-civil projects (>$500M).
• Experience with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Familiarity with electronic document management and collaboration platforms (Procore, e-Builder, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.).
• Experience with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Unifier, Kahua).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and client representatives to ensure timely responses and document flow.
• Review and process change orders, track cost impacts, and maintain logs.
• Monitor construction schedules and integrate updates with project records and reporting tools.
• Maintain project files, drawing sets, and document control systems.
