The position offers benefits and a Monday–Thursday 6:00am–3:30pm schedule with Friday 6:00am–10:00am. A discretionary bonus and 401(k) are included along with health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year office experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively work with employees in various departments of the company.
• Strong written and verbal communicational skills.
• Professionalism and a pleasant tone while handling phone calls to address client requests, concerns, or complaints to satisfaction.
• Someone organized, energetic, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work well individually and as a team member.
• Ability to prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of computers, general office software (MS Excel and Word) and strong typing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders, customer quotes, and vendor purchase orders.
• Read and interpret manufacturing documents.
• Provide professional phone and email support to customers.
• Collaborate with all levels of operations to ensure proper prioritization of workflow.
• Provide inventory support including maintaining office materials and supplies.
• Filing and organizing documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
