Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are valued, with training provided as needed. Responsibilities include production assembly, paint inspections, parts handling, grinding, light machining, and shipping support.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic are required.
• Ability to read and understand prints or instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance urgency with safety, quality and efficiency in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow business rules, safe work practices, and safe lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all production stages to ensure quality and timely services.
• Perform production assembly, paint inspections, parts handling and sorting.
• Light machining, grinding, de-burring, forklift materials handling.
• Pallet and crate assembly; order fulfillment and shipping support.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety practices.
