Aspen Valley Health is seeking an Office Coordinator in the Whitcomb Terrace department in Aspen, CO. This full-time role supports resident care with administrative tasks, records management, and scheduling coordination.
The position requires at least two years of administrative experience; healthcare setting experience and CPR/First Aid are preferred. AVH offers comprehensive benefits and housing resources in the Roaring Fork Valley.

$24.25 - $38.81Night and weekend shift differentials up to $2.25 per hour!
The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.

Provides a variety of administrative duties for the offices at Whitcomb Terrace. Completes and maintains records and documents as needed for resident care, staff duties, and needs of the director. Organizes and coordinates day-to-day office operations, and ensures office and scheduling needs are met. Also covers duties of Resident Services Coordinators as needed.
