Aspen Valley Health is hiring a full-time Office Coordinator for the Whitcomb Terrace department in Aspen. The role supports resident care records, staff duties, and daily office operations, including scheduling needs.

We are currently hiring for a full time Office Coordinator within the Whitcomb Terrace department here at Aspen Valley Health.
Work Shift: Rotating - Other Compensation Range: $24.25 - $38.81 Night and weekend shift differentials up to $2.25 per hour! The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements At least two years of administrative/office/clerical work experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a healthcare setting First Aid/CPR/AED QMAP We will consider equivalent combinations of experience and education for certain jobs. Provides a variety of administrative duties for the offices at Whitcomb Terrace. Completes and maintains records and documents as needed for resident care, staff duties, and needs of the director. Organizes and coordinates day-to-day office operations, and ensures office and scheduling needs are met. Also covers duties of Resident Services Coordinators as needed.
