Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking Restaurant Team Members to join a growing team in the United States. You will help deliver guest experiences, support events, and contribute to a positive, professional environment while developing internally.

Qualifications

• Support a learning environment for Restaurant Team Members to drive sales and service success.
• Assist with guest inquiries for banquets and events, including completing order forms.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and assist with monthly financial data analysis.
• Process hires, terminations and employee changes in Workday.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and upbeat work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a learning and nurturing environment for all Restaurant Team Members that promotes sales and service success and internal career growth.
• Serve as contact and support for guest inquiries regarding banquets, and special events, including completing order forms and ensuring events are seamlessly completed to the satisfaction of the guest.
• Reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy, appropriately code invoices, obtain authorized signature and submit to AP for timely payment. Assist General Manager with creating, maintaining and analyzing monthly financial and location data
• Accurately and timely process all hires and terminations, as well as any employee changes in Workday.
• Help create a clean, safe, professional and upbeat environment

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
• Routine standing for duration of shift
• Safely maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
