Summary:
Responsible for the scheduling of patient visits and completing the admission and insurance verification and insurance for those patients. Responsible for maintaining the Clinics petty cash and the accurate collection and input of computer data as it relates to the Revenue Cycle. To assist the Clinic Manager in implementing the programs established in the Outpatient Satellite Clinics by performing the tasks related to the routine operation of the services assigned such as clerical duties, departmental maintenance, assistance in patient care and patient related activities. Maintains improved customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities for system operational functions including all BH Rehab OP facilities. Responsible for the training of new Business managers.
Other information:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years college preferred. Customer service skills are required. Very proficient in data processing. Insurance knowledge desired, but not required.
