You will assist with routine treatments, patient transport, and maintain an organized, welcoming environment while collaborating with a team dedicated to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.

Requires 1 year of related experience, proficiency with Google Docs, Word, and Excel, plus a high school diploma and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience
• Strong skills in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail
• Self-driven, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced care environment
• A team-first mindset-collaborative, supportive, and open to growth
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification (must be maintained)

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with routine daily treatments and patient transportation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
• Support supply management, including receiving, inventorying, and preparing monthly orders
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, copying, and message-taking
• Collaborate with a team of caring professionals dedicated to patient wellbeing and continuous improvement
