Unio Health Partners (UHP) seeks an Office Coordinator I on a part-time schedule (Wednesday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm) to oversee front-office operations for physician practices. The role emphasizes welcoming patients, coordinating scheduling, and accurate data entry in medical records and demographics.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 0–3 years in a medical setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes; bilingual Spanish is a plus for our diverse patient base.

The Office Coordinator I is responsible for the implementation of front-office services and daily operations of the Physician/s practice. Communication with staff in all departments is paramount in this position, ensuring that the front office operation needs are met effectively and efficiently.
This is a part-time position working Wednesday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
